Welcome to HYPELAB. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (hypelab.cv) and any services provided by HYPELAB, a music growth studio based in Enugu, Nigeria.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
1. Who We Are
HYPELAB is a Nigerian music growth studio providing artist management, brand strategy, content development, and music industry services. We are not a record label and do not own artist masters or IP unless explicitly agreed in a signed service agreement.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for learning about HYPELAB's services, submitting inquiries, subscribing to Growth Lab Notes, or downloading press kit assets for editorial use.
You may not copy or redistribute our content without permission, scrape data through automated means, submit false or harmful inquiries, or use HYPELAB's name, logo, or brand without authorization.
3. Services
HYPELAB offers paid services including but not limited to: Diagnostic (single-session artist audit), Artist Growth Sprint (30-day artist development), Artist Management (long-term commission-based partnership), and Brand Partnerships (music-led cultural campaigns).
Each engagement is governed by a separate, signed service agreement that takes precedence over these general Terms for matters specific to the engagement.
4. Inquiries & Communication
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement or obligation. Either party can decline to proceed at any point before a signed agreement. We respond within 48 business hours.
5. Pricing
Prices listed on this website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is locked in the service agreement at the time of signing. Special rates (Founding 3, Founding 10) are limited-availability offers and may end without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All HYPELAB content on this website — text, graphics, logos, code, photography, methodology, frameworks — is the property of HYPELAB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written permission.
For editorial coverage, press kit materials may be used per the terms outlined on the Press Kit page.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy of content, outcomes from following our advice (we don't guarantee growth, fame, or income), or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, HYPELAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid HYPELAB in the preceding 12 months (or, if no payment, ₦10,000).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Enugu State, Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed by good-faith discussion within 21 days, then by mediation, before any court proceedings.
