We do not sell personal data to third parties. Ever.

• Respond to your inquiry within 48 hours
• Provide HYPELAB services you've engaged us for
• Send you Growth Lab Notes if you've subscribed (unsubscribe any time)
• Improve our services and understand how artists/brands find us
• Meet legal and tax obligations

3. Who We Share With

• Service providers we use to operate (Formspree, MailerLite, Cloudflare). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal authorities if required by Nigerian law or court order.
• Brand or artist partners only when you've explicitly authorized it for a specific deal.

4. How We Store It

Your data is stored on secure third-party services. We use industry-standard security but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge this risk when sharing data with us.
